DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Please ask all related questions before you pay a deposit.
Buyer is responsible to pay the remaining balance for a total purchase within 30 days after the deposit was made. Total purchase is the sum of: Initial price + Tax + Dealer Fee + Title and Registration.
The buyer understands, acknowledges, and agrees that if he/she fails to pay the seller the remaining balance within 30 days, the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.
The seller hereby agrees, in consideration of payment of the non-refundable deposit, to withdraw the vehicle from the market.
Seller and Buyer will get in contact to complete paperwork. Title transfer of the vehicle to the buyer will proceed upon receipt of the remaining amount due.
