Terms and Conditions:

DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Please ask all related questions before you pay a deposit.

Buyer is responsible to pay the remaining balance for a total purchase within 30 days after deposit was made.

[Dealer Fee, Title and Registration are-not included when you pay online, those fees are due upon pickup of the vehicle. Call for information].

Total purchase is the sum of: Initial online price and taxes + Dealer Fee + Title and Registration due.

The buyer understands, acknowledges, and agrees that if he/she fails to pay the seller the remaining balance for a total purchase due within 30 days after when deposit was made, the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.

The seller hereby agrees in consideration of payment of the non-refundable deposit to withdraw the vehicle from the market.

Seller and Buyer will get in contact to complete paperwork. Transfer title of the vehicle to the buyer proceed upon receipt of the remaining amount due.

Vehicle sold AS-IS / WHERE-IS.
