- Shipping and Return Policy 1. ITEMS WILL ONLY BE SHIPPED TO ADDRESS REGISTERED AT CHECKOUT AND MUST BE VERIFIED. Change of Address written request is subject to approval. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT. If Item is returned for incorrect address or unreachable customer shipping cost will be deducted from refund. 2. BUYER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE TO PAY SHIPPING CHARGES FOR ANY ITEMS RETURNED. 3. Part must be the SAME and in the SAME condition if returned. 4. A restocking fee of 20% will be apply to buyer. 5. We must be notified about damages or missing parts within 24 hours of receipt of your box. 6. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE BUYING TO AVOID MISUNDERSTANDING. DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS
- Combined shipping rates are available at checkout.
- Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days MONDAY to FRIDAY, tracking numbers are sent to the customer as soon as the shipping label is created.
- Florida residents sales taxes charges are MANDATORY and those charges are the buyer's responsibility.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
- Combined shipping rates are available at checkout.
- Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days MONDAY to FRIDAY, tracking numbers are sent to the customer as soon as the shipping label is created.
- Import duties, taxes, and other additional charges vary by country are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. Such charges are due upon delivery and it's the buyer's responsibility and own expense. Please check with your import/customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.
