A $500 non-refundable deposit is accepted to hold a unit.

The buyer understands, acknowledges, and agrees that failure to pay the remaining balance within 30 days of the deposit date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Upon receipt of the non-refundable deposit, the seller agrees to remove the vehicle from the market.
The seller and buyer will coordinate to complete all required paperwork.
Title transfer will occur only after the remaining balance has been paid in full.
The buyer is responsible for paying the remaining balance within 30 days of the deposit date.
